I cannot fathom the nightmare of dealing with these agents from a seller's perspective. As a buyer working with another agency, having to deal with the lack of professionalism from these Solid Source agents is something I wouldn't wish to anyone. They treat the entire home buying/selling experience solely as a personal cash grab, never return phone calls on important matters, and lag in every way possible. I would highly recommend staying as far away from dealing with this company as possible.
