Absolutely a gold star business. They've been exceptionally excellent in their care of my car.
When a dealer gave me a repair quote of several thousand dollars (of course a week after warranty expired) I took my BMW to Solely Bimmer. I did not mention the dealer or their repair list. I just said check it out and let me know. They found two mi or fixes and quoted $300. That's when I showed them the dealer repair quote. They were stunned; but they RECHECKED all the dealer list just in case they'd missed anything. Nope.
I trust them. They've saved me tons of money. Always kind, detailed in explanations and advice.
Tip for consumers:
Just go there if you own a BMW.
