I also purchased a year subscription from them. When I tried to use the activation code that emailed me (2 days later) it said that the code has alread been used on the max number of computers allowed! I emailed them twice no response. I'm going to see if paypal will refund my money as well. Its because of people like this that our world is falling apart, bastards...

As other comments, I purchased a 1 year protection and we did get an activation code which worked however, I kept getting messages that my protection was ending in a few days (it has now ended) after just two and a half months. The company should be barred from further sales. Since I found it on Google can Google get rid of it? Jane from Maryland

Could not have stated it any better than previous comment. No activation code as guaranteed, no contact # to call, no responses to my emails and no antivirus which I was charged for. Just wish I had read previous comment prior to contributing to this bs scam...
I ordered and paid for 1 year norton 360 all in one protection, They guarantee 24 hrs to send activation code. I never received it they said my order was complete and it was only a 90 day trial. I emailed them for three days and hey still have never replied. FRAUDULANT COMPANY BY ALL MEANS. I disputed it with paypal and i hope to get my money back. Dont trust this company. You expect to get what you buy and then it tells you they will send an email in 24 hrs.so you have to wait to get nothing. BUYER BEWARE WHOEVER OWNS THIS SITE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CALL ALL YOU CAN DO IS EMAIL THEM BUT THEY DONT RESPOND AT ALL.
