I ordered 4 shirts 7/28/21. My credit card was promptly charged yet 2 shirts didn't arrive until 9/28/21 and the 3rd on 10/14/21. I emailed to cancel remaining order and asked how to return the 3 extremely poor quality ones I he'd received. I was told to wait for completion of the order and rethink. Do not give your money away to these people despite how impressive their web site looks! The silk screening and sewing are horrible!
I'm not a person to write poor review's but they sent me a pair of jeans that looked nothing like the photo.
Very poor quality jeans that had been ripped with a knife leaving the strings that build the jeans all over the place. Never seen a worse pair of jeans in my life there's no way to describe it well.
Then i let them know I can't send photo's on email and of course they won't let me send them any other way.
Therefore there's no way to get a refund

I am not happy at all with the service I am getting. I ordered 2 turtle necks and the company made the error of sending a wrong size. Medium was on the parcel but small was sent. Since the 6th that I mailed I have heard nothing except a seemingly automated response.
Is this customer service at all?
Everything sucked about this place. Ordered 2 shirts took 6 weeks to get them. Customer service sucked too when I emailed them for a refund they told me they already shipped them. Went I finally did get them the quality of them were very poor. I would NEVER order from them again or recommend anyone ordering anything from them
Wait to much time. And did not receive everything.
I bought 12 pair of socks. But when it arrived just only 8. Then they told me will refund the money for me. Wait 13 days still did not receive anything. I won't buy next time.

Please do not waste your money with this company they shirts and sweaters are poor quality and poorly made. They customer service is not good and they always trying to get over if I could give them a rating of 1 to 10 it will be a minus 10. And also they give you a date on when you will receive your item and it is Weeks later and then they don't come at the same time if you order the more than one.
I order clothing items, which took close to 30 days to receive. Upon inspection my clothing were not of good quality and missing buttons and had sizing issues. I immediately request the option to return these items, customer service tried numerous times to allow me to keep the items and purchase other items at a discounted price, which I refused. Once it was understood that I wasn't obliging, I was told to return the packages to a specific address. I was responsible to pay for the return shipping label as well. After about 10 days I reached out to customer service via email to check the status of my return, and was told that if I didn't provide a tracking number than I wasn't going to be refunded. This is madness, and highly unprofessional. No one should have to consider if they would actually need to provide a tracking number unless mail was misplaced or included some delivery mishap. I have not received the clothing which I sent and have not received any refund. Clothing items are nothing like as displayed on it a website and of the lowest quality.
From China. Takes forever and item wasn't at all what was described. Good luck on a refund from them.

I ordered few items, they never arrived and as I assume never been sent. The storries used by seller were:
1.2 months after purchase, stock is empty
2.3 months after purchase, refused by the customs control
3.4 months after, sent and on its way
4.5 months after, delivered with unlogical screen shot showing unknown to me location, not even the same city as delivery adress
5.6-7 months after, continues exchange of emails with auto repling bot
6. Acceptation of refound with the info that in 7 business days the money will be back on the account
7.8 months after, asking me to prove that the product was not delivered ( thats non sense)
8. After I said I will report the scam to the Belgian police, I was offered 40 dolars refound ( less than my purchase)
9. We are almost 1 year after purchase and nothing changed, I dont have the product that I payed for and no money back. So what I have left to do? Going and reporting the scam to police and prevent other people to make the purchase at this $#*! shop.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP, IF YOU HAVE TOO MUCH MONEY, SUPPORT A CHARITY INSTEAD OF THIEFS!
