After reading numerous negative reviews, I was skeptical about ordering from soccer.com. However, they exceeded my expectations. Jerseys arrived a week before the estimated delivery. I also really like how they packaged the items. Will definitely purchase from soccer.com in the future.
The company is awful, order elsewhere. My child's uniform was finally delivered a few weeks before the soccer season's end, weeks of waiting! Then, you will have the gift of being bombarded constantly with their advertising spam. It will compleely fill your email, you'll constantly have to delete and see their name over and over, after the bad experience, it's like salt in the wound. Stop the spam, you idiots.
I ordered an arsenal top from here it came damaged and they said I could get £4 off my next order if I brought two more tops. I just wanted a top that wasn't damaged or my money back still waiting to this day. If you write a bad review on the site they just take it down..

I have order, multiple times just because it is what the club required.
My order did not have all the items and I called them and they said they will sip it right away next day delivery two weeks later nothing, order still processing I called back and they said the order is in place keep checking my order was place July 3 2023 it is August 17 2023 and still waiting. Why they promise and they don't delivery?

Depth of product lines is strong, however, ordering is a fiasco. If you have more than six errors in one ordering process, you are probably an average order. In several orders through this site we have had over two dozen ordering issues, incorrect sizes, incorrect gender sizing, product out of stock, wrong size shipped... The list goes on. Unfortunately, customer service is completely unable to help, since they don't seem to place the orders themselves, but rather defer the ordering process to a warehouse or a third party. This is where everything goes south. Unfortunately, you must escalate above customer service in order to begin rectifying the issues. We are still in the middle of one, with over 15 incorrect issues, slow shipping speed, and many, many hold charges on a credit card that have to be deleted or reversed. If ordering a kit for more than one child, you may have to go to your credit card site and add up all of the total charges to ensure you are not overcharged.
Tip for consumers:
If soccer.com could simply coordinate between ordering, logistics, and customer service, maybe some of these issues would be fixed.

Partial pieces of a uniform kit, however, it took nearly a month to get all of the pieces ordered, then returned, then reordered, then reshipped, until finally, about 2 months later we may have everything.
Purchased two items from the soccer. Com platform (two seperate orders) within a day of each other. Training pants, and a cold weather face mask. They both took 2-1/2 weeks to get to me. I returned one item; it took a month, and multiple emails to get my account refunded. Both their shipping and refunds are irritatingly slow... like they want you to forget. Will not be making any further purchases from soccer. Com
You know I'm extremely dissatisfied and frustrated (as many other parents are, too!) with soocer.com's business model. They ship/charge items separately at ridiculously different times which makes it really difficult to track everything, especially when you are ordering for multiple kids. MORE IMPORTANTLY, It's also ridiculously long to receive the items. I ordered for my 2 sons back in June and after 3 months we just received most of the items but not even all of them. Are you kidding me? 3 months and not all them yet? They already started the season and it's always extremely difficult to coordinate the kits for games given that we have new players in teams. If it were up to me I would NEVER purchase a single thing from them but my hands are tied by the club! Aghhh!

I ordered a pair of shoes (at a reasonable price) but the delivery date changed multiple times. While I got a good deal for what I bought, I never have this problem when purchasing from Amazon or other more reputable online retailers.
Standard orders get shipped promptly. Anything team-related takes over a month... so God forbid you need something prior to or mid-season. Ordered a jersey for my son and his club season will be over halfway over before we get his jersey.
Awesome selection. Website is slow. Shipping soooo much slower. Waiting over 4 weeks now. Won't make it for Christmas. US website but my item is being shipped from Sweden. After exchange rate, shipping and duty fees. It is cheaper to shop local stores.
We are required to order our uniforms through soccer.com for club soccer and it is terrible. It is so slow to process orders. We ordered our uniforms almost a month ago, they were suppose to ship a week ago at the latest and they are still "in process." We have a tournament this weekend and only half the team has their uniforms. Every season we are so disappointed - we would love if our club would find another company to order uniforms through.
We had a backpack zipper blow out after 10 months of use and they won't repair or warranty it since it's past the 60 day window. Soccer.com is lacking in customer service, and doesn't stand behind the products they sell.
It's legit however super pricey. If you're from Canada a jersey will say it's 120$ but you're really paying over 180$ because you're paying with 180$... I 100% recommend going to a store where you can pay up front
I returned two items, received an email within a week or so saying my return was processed. A month later, my PayPal account is still not credited. I called them and at first they said I would have to contact PayPal because Soccer.com already paid them, but then I was put on hold for a few minutes, and then was told that they will contact PayPal to have my reimbursement processed. I asked for a time table and they said 7-14 business days. We'll see... It all sounded very shady.
