Don't waste your time with this moron, has no respect for repeat customers, won't ever be using again, cancelled £400 order of in stock items 10 days after taking money with vague excuse, still waiting for refund. This guy should not be in business, total incompetence loser
He'll claim he sent your parcel, refuse to give you its tracking number and then, when you press the point, just refunds the money he's sat on for 6 months - MINUS the shipping he refuses to prove he paid for! This is accompanied by terse emails, often sent days late. Horrible experience. Avoid!
Snvinyl may be cheaper in some cases but if anything goes wrong when your order arrives, you'll be in for a long and arduous task of resolving your issues. The guy who runs this business is clearly uninterested in creating a loyal customer base and totally devoid of any recompense. It seems he is selling already damaged goods and passing them off as new. Avoid if you can!
I ordered and payed for a turntable spare part (snvinyl.co.uk receipt #1442-1729) on December 21,2021. No item, no news, no email response since. This company should be sued. Can not even be rated, but had to give a star to submit my review.
I ordered an item 4 weeks ago. After 2 weeks i contacted snvinyl. After 3 emails got a 4 word reply: in stock and shipped.
After 2 weeks still no product.
Money gone. Be careful with this company. Not trustworthy.
I placed my first order with Snvinyl for a Audio Technica VMN95SH stylus on the evening of 8th Aug 2021, I then received an invoice for £140.47@ 11.26pm that night but I somehow had a bad feeling about my order and did a Google search of the company and lo and behold stumbled on this site and read all the negative reviews so I decided there and then to cancel my order which I did an hour later.
At 5.04pm the next day (Aug 9th) I received a very strange e-mail from Scott Nagle which said:
"3rd order & 3rd non-payment please do not contact again" Scott Nagle.
As I said this was my first order so what was that e-mail about Scott! I am really glad now that I took the advice of so many on this site and not parted with my hard earned cash!
I ordered a Jelco headshell from SNVINYL.CO.UK on 24. 05. 21. I paid for recorded delivery. The item was stated to be in stock. After a month of emails to Scott Nangle (most of which were either unanswered or answered in terse, cryptic phrases), I cancelled the order for non-delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulation and asked for a refund to my credit card within 5 working days. No response and no refund 7 days later. I filed a claim with my credit card issuer, who issued a refund within 3 days.
Scott Nangle then emailed to say he had posted the item and it had been too big for the letterbox so told me to check with my PO depot. No evidence of tracking number or date of despatch because this desperate individual has clearly not sent anything to me.
Moral: save yourself the time, effort and frustration of dealing with this untrustworthy individual and avoid him like a shower of Delta-variant Coronavirus. I wish I had seen other reviews of this incompetent (at best) business before I placed my order. I assume he has a big, red nose and wears baggy stripey trousers to go with his size 28 shoes.
