Snow Joe

I was asked to write a review for this product before I even used it so I refused when I purchased it Oct. 2022. I didn't have a chance to use it in 2023. After using this snow blower only once in Jan. 2024, I didn't use it for another 11 months (due to no snow). This was beyond the manufacturer's warranty. It worked fine the 1st time although barely threw the snow out of the way. The 2nd time I used it was only for about a 3 ft path before it threw the belt off the drive pulley and quit blowing (although the motor was still running). I put the belt back on the pulley and when I started to use it a week later, it blew snow for about 6 ft and threw the belt again! I had the extended Asurion warranty since the Mfg. Warranty had expired so I contacted them. They refunded my purchase price without asking to see any proof of problem so I think they may have other complaints about this product. (Of course, this is my conjecture not a confirmed fact.) I would recommend that no one buy this product. If I could give a minus star rating, I would. I do HIGHLY recommend Asurion warranties.
