Fake web site!
I ordered a pair of boots which should have been shipped from New York but arrived from Hong Kong a month later. They came in a genuine Ugg box with guarantee however the boots were obviously not sheep skin and not what was pictured in the photos. I tried to contact them many teams before delivery to inquire as to when I should expect them and did not receive a response. Once the boots arrived I tried to contact them again and to date no response.
