I found this company through Ring Central. After looking at the price. It was worth trying. Paid reasonable amount (not that cheap). But when required the correction for few recording, they did not even released the one I paid for but they took more than 3 weeks to deliver the corrected one. They also charged a lot for correction. Do not recommend this company until they fix their delivery schedule and communication. They do not give prompt response, it will take them days to respond. Caution to work with this company.
This company is great, their customer service tam will ben over backwards to assist you, all of there recordings sound like real people not computers, and their prices are unbeatable! If you need professional recording for your phone system, this is the place to get it.
The service and performance of this company are horrible! Don't be fooled by the nice design, these people care nothing about their customers. I will never use them again!
