Snap Kitchen made sure I ate properly and that took care of my body well. They did this by making sure I ate a well-balanced meal with the right nutrients. I drastically reduced eating too much than I should be or ordering so much of takeouts filled with oily carbs. This actually made me speed up my weight loss which I am so so happy about! Thank you for making me loose 25 pounds in 4 months!
This company kept changing our delivery date for our first every box of meals (about 16 of them) and then found a delivery date which, to our surprise when we finally opened the box, was on the "consume by" date on the meal packages. We tasted two of them since they arrived on the date of doom and then had to toss the rest. Their error made us have to wait to decide whether we wanted to continue the service, but in the mean time they sent out a second box JUST BEFORE we got the first one. We do not want this service now, but they will refund only the first box even though their errors caused all these delays and a loss of our money on the second box. They are rigid about customer "care." They do NOT care about their customers. Don't give them a penny.

I work a 13 hour shift daily from 6.30am to 7.30pm except on Sundays. After I go home, I have classes for 2 hours daily from 8.30 to 10.30 and therefore, my life is pretty busy. Because of this reason, I decided to try snap kitchen as I need to eat healthier. Their meal plans helps me stay more fit and not gain too many pounds and I am so grateful that they send me the meals on time!
My life and my body is thanking snap kitchen for what they did and my life has gotten so much better now. I loose weight in the right method now without starving or eating veggies all the time. Snap Kitchen makes sure I recieve a balanced meal with all the necessary nutrients. Thank u!

We were new customers. We ordered about 16 of their meals, all of which arrived together on the "consume by" date. We tried two of them on the delivery/consume by date and had to toss the rest. When we reported this, the stingy company only refunded the spoiled food, but because the box had come to us SO late, we didn't have time to decide whether to continue to receive deliveries of the meals. They sent the second box BEFORE we actually received the first one. They refuse to refund that second box. Bad customer "care." Very inflexible and heartless and without genuine care for customers' experiences.
My husband and I absolutely love the selection of food items and meals they offer with different plans to choose from too. The food tastes amazing, so fresh and yummy, and it is also super easy to heat up and can be done quickly. I usually have them for lunch and sometimes breakfast and so does my husband!
I usually go to the SNAP on Montrose in Houston - was really impressed with it when I was first introduced to it around 4 years ago - super healthy - super FRESH - then learned - weekends are a deadzone - Friday expiration day - so learned to come in sunday nite or Monday for freshest and most choices - yikes - yesterday - a Monday - lots of empty shelves with signs - same day expirations - I just got violently ill on a ground turkey pasta - I will NOT give them any more business - the clerk told me the "fresh" kitchen is in Ft. Worth. Wait. Whaaaat? #neveragain #snapisover
