Expensive box but they gave me expired snacks. Insane you pay for premium snacks only for them to be expired or close to expired (in a week)
I received these snacks from my company and they were awesome I liked the variety of snacks
Brandon was quick to respond to my email inquiry to re engage this year and quick to respond to messages and changes needed as they came up to get the boxes on time or early which was great. Only complaint I received is everyone received 2 packages of expired and stale pretzels. The were dated 10/11/25 which by the date I would have thought would have been fine, but as I received multiple people sharing they were stale, mine were as well. Outside of that the box was great!

I came to SmartBox with a specific budget, and they were happy to accommodate it. From start to finish, I was impressed with their customer service and ideas. We sent out over 200 snackboxes to our employees as a summer treat, and they've received nothing but rave reviews. We certainly plan on using them in the future.
Brandon was responsive and helpful. The basket was not shipped as fast as I had initially hoped, but in the end it arrived quickly and had a nice variety of delicious snacks. Would definitely order a gift with them again -- thanks!
I had an issue with my order and SmartBox customer service was so helpful! They made it right and went even further. They have amazing customer service and I will be using this company again.
Update: I was contacted by customer service immediately and they offered to send another box free of charge. Wonderful customer service and my mom loved everything in the box! Definitely a top notch company who stands by their product.
My mom just received this. It seems there were only 11 or so snack bags in the box. That's not what I expected. For the price, I would have expected more. It was called a family pack. Obviously, it wasn't meant for a family. Rather disappointed.
It was hard to change the shipping once my order was placed--I clicked on the wrong thing and it shipped to the billing address instead of the shipping address once. My kid was unhappy with the bean-heavy items, and felt there weren't enough snacks to be excited about to justify the price.
