Do not trust this website. Their refund policies and shipping timelines are completely inaccurate and misleading. This company will not honor refunds, and they delay shipments without any notice or communication. After being charged an unexpected subscription fee, my order still arrived late — despite being placed well in advance for a special occasion.

They failed to provide any update or automated notice that my product would not ship within their advertised timeframe. Buyers should be aware: you will not receive your order unless you pressure or threaten to take action. This company operates deceptively and should be reported to your bank and consumer protection agencies immediately.

I will start off by saying the qualify of the product is good. Customer Svc email was responded to promptly, both times I had to reach out to them. (thank you for that). 1. It took 3 weeks to get an order, they pull off the shelf, so order well in advance. 2. when checking out there is a box automatically checked for the "Smoky Club" and your invoice says "FREE Smoky Club X1" nothing on it says you MUST cancel within 7 days or you will be charged $22.43 monthly. I order from them once a year... I certainly don't need a monthly membership! When I inquired about the charge, they said that they will cancel it, but they can't refund any of the fees, even if you caught it the day they charged it. I had to fight it through the bank and hope I get at least one month back. BE SURE TO UNCLICK THE "SMOKY BOMB" BOX, or if you want to take advantage of the reduced shipping cost, some reviews indicated it allowed... then be sure to cancel within 7 days.

No tracking on shipments, only tons of emails on being an affiliate and promoting their company, had to complain and follow up, got the package last minute before the holiday rush/best friends gender reveal even though I ordered three weeks before the date, it was the wrong item, had to drive forty minutes just to pick something up because ordering a new one wouldn't come in time from anywhere I would've ordered it from because of the timing of the holidays. They are sneaky, instead of having a subscription service box you click on and knowingly sign up for (this charges your card every month)- they have it already checked. Which is so backwards… Then after they made it so chaotic and a big fuss for one smoke bomb, you let it go just to realize months later they've been taking over 20 bucks a month from you (even twice in one month) just to send an email back that basically says "too bad, this is our policy".
Fighting with my bank now who even said the way it was done was very strange. Do not buy from Smoky Bombs.

These guys are criminal! Do not purchase a smoky bomb! Thought I was getting a one time purchase for a gender reveal bomb and they started charging me monthly! Who needs more than one gender reveal bomb? Then you can't get a hold of them by phone. I sent an email that they also ignored. All while still charging me $40 a month. Never saw another smoky bomb, even if they did think I wanted a subscription! These guys need to be put out of business!

I ordered several smokybombs to use in a video and I never received them. To make matters worse when I submitted my order, it actually placed the order 2x. I had to contact them to cancel one of them. I received an email saying that they didn't have one of the 3 colors I ordered. I Said I could swap it out for smaller or bigger ones in the same color and pay the difference. They said ok, but never shipped my items. It's been over a month. Now I got another bill from them. When I asked about it, they said that I had signed up for a monthly club to save on shipping. Their "Smoky Club". I had no idea. I went back to their site and started another order to see how I had accidentally done this.

Turns out, they automatically click a checkbox to sign up for their club to save on shipping. On most sites when you are going to sign up for a monthly payment instead of signing up to receive email updates and newsletters it is very obvious. This wasn't. You have to actually read the terms and conditions to find it.
Apparently it is to save you on Hazmat shipping. I can't imagine ordering from them more than 1x a month, so the savings is actually not great. I paid more for the shipping and the $23 monthly then i would have for the $30 shipping fee...and I was getting billed monthly for a site I will personally only use once a year.

They have to know they are hiding this and it is very shady. Stay away.

Placed my order 31 days ago. The expected delivery was 2-7 business days, plus 3 days to process the order. This would provide me with my product within 2 weeks. I have been in contact with the company, and they still have not shipped it out. I asked them to cancel as this was intended for an engagement photo shoot prop. The photo shoot already occurred, and they failed to deliver my order in a timely manner. They are refusing to provide a refund, even though it still hasn't shipped. Wouldn't have purchased if I knew it would take over a month. Complete scam.

This company is deceptive and underhanded, do business with anyone else. They do sell smoke bombs, they are not that great. The scam happens in their "Terms and Conditions." When you purchase anything from them they automatically opt you into a $23 dollar a month subscription service. It's for something ridiculous like discounted shipping. The scam is that at checkout there is a simple checkmark to join the "Smoky Club." Like it's some kind of email list. It's really this $23 dollar a month fee. With absolutely nothing that tells you they are signing you up for a subscription. To find that information you have to look in their "Terms and Condition" file… it's term 20! It's straight up theft. Really bad business practice. I hope they go out of business, I would never buy from them again.
