I placed a small $30.00 (including shipping) order the end of January. Their website said to expect 3 to 5 weeks for most orders. After that amount of time passed I called and emailed them, they said one item was out of stock. Weeks past, more emails and left messages, then I read the two previous reviews and figured I might have also been ripped off. But low and behold, 4 and 1/2 months after I ordered, it finally arrived. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered tobacco products from www.smokinginstyle.com on 8/5/2010, my credit card was charged immediately, and my order remained open and unfulfilled for months. I made several phone calls (which were never picked up) and sent several emails with no response. Finally, my order was marked as shipped on 3/4/2011, 7 months after the initial order was placed and my card was charged. It is now 4/6/2011 and I still have received no shipment or tracking number. My calls and email still go unanswered, but the web site is still taking orders... Unfortunately, a Visa charge can only be disputed for 60 days, so I guess they were successful in stealing my $40 this time. This company is a scam! Don't make the same mistake I did!

Wish I'd checked with Jabber before ordering from these guys. $45 order 3 months ago and still nothing.

This company does not respond to their emails or phone calls. Order was placed 2 months ago and the payment was charged right away, but product was never received. No response after 4 emails and 3 phone calls. Unlike some other people, I never even got to speak to anyone at the company. 2 calls rang without picking up; the 3rd call finally went to voicemail. Rip-off company.

They took my payment and NEVER delivered the item. After months of emails and calls, they responded and said there was a delay. That was 6 months ago and I haven't heard anything since after countless emails and calls, which never got answered.

MERCHANT IS A SCAM!
