They are russian scammers. They will steel your money and will not deliver your orders. They do not refund for undelivered service. Customer service is atrocious. They don't help, but just laughing at you. Stay away!
PS. Also they created their own Trustpilot review page with all 5 stars! I wonder if real Trust pilot is aware of it?

They gave me 275 followers instead of the 1120 that I ordered. The support don't answer, just leave me seen. So please guys don't buy from this $#*!ing russian scammer dogs

Do not place any orders here. They keep telling you to wait for the order to be delivered and then they dont. When you ask for a refund they give you credits, which of course are useless.

Some of the services in the site are delivered and some are not. You have to order a bunch of different services to see which ones work and which ones don't. So far I've spent $128 on the site and I've lost about $40 of that. I would give them two or three stars but being that they don't reply to emails I'm going to have to give them one. If you loose your money that's too bad because they will not refund it reply to email.

I have registered an account on smmlaboratory and added fund and placed an order for one of my client for twitter followers, In the service section they have mentioned they will start the process within 2-4hrs but after 2 days also that order is not started, i have taken all supports from their website and next day i am unable to login to their website and it gave warning, that i email address is not registered, i have contacted their live chat support, they put all the blame to me, like try to reset, i have mentioned i have tried to reset more than 10 times but the same warning message display, but their support execute is worst, they mentioned they cannot come to my place and login for me, very rude customer support executive and after i informed about their scam acitivites and mentioned i have all proof and screenshot and i will file a consumer complaint and post my worst experience in review website, they asked to me to create new account and after long struggle for a day my fund was transferred to my wallet and they asked place the order again, then i have placed the order again, now 2 days gone, its repeat, Orders not started yet and i am again following up for a day now and really fed up. The website seems SCAM and doing FRAUD activity. BE CAREFUL and DONT PLACE ANY ORDER HERE.
