“Horrible customer service, broken parts”

I bought a basic kit to test their smart tint on my license plates. The one piece ended up being defective and I called them to send the items back. They relayed me through two people and I was polite the whole time. The guy was rude and said "there's no way in hell your getting a refund." I'm contacting my credit card company now, as they said they don't accept any refunds.
