Do not be fooled by this site. If some philanthropist tells you he wants to give you lots of money and directs you to a very convensing looking banking site to open an account just remember that no bank will let you open an account without your soc-sec# for tax purposes.
What's the first thing they ask when you check your balance by phone? What's your soc# and we never give up our soc# on the net right?
