Worst customer service EVER! I placed a $30 order on December 22, and paid for standard shipping-which said 3-7 days. That sounded about right, even during the holiday season. Six days later I got an email saying the package was just being shipped out. Later than expected, and will not work for me, as this is a gift. As this company charges for return shipping, I felt they could make some kind of accomodation, as the items were not delivered when promised. Or at least apilogize.
The answer they gave me was: 'the (company the socks came from) was closed for the holiday, everyone deserves a vacation, don't you think?'
My wife ordered a pair of $38 shoes on June 9th. Tried calling on the 25th to see about her order. Nobody would answer the phone or reply back to emails. They will take your money and never send you your products.
