Product not recieved and no communication

I ordered on black Friday, was charged $61 and have not received a confirmation email for my order. I tried getting in touch with the company multiple times via email and phone to confirm whether the order was placed correctly. They did not answer or respond. I would not recommend purchasing from this business. There is clearly no communication or care. Still hoping I will receive my product.
