My case has been sorted after 4 years 6 months on still waiting for my payment from them no-one is contacting me as I ring daily think I'm going to have to put my own solicitor to take them to court the service is DIABOLICAL when I rock up at the office they going to be in for a shock off their lives yet when they needed to extend after 3 years they sent someone to my door

Liverpool These people don't know what they are doing they are slow uncaring hard to contact and they made a complete mess out of my claim all the do is fob you off with excuses and apologies for the complete mes they make having an accident was bad enough but the stress these so called lawyers put you through is just as bad never never would I even consider using these people again and please be careful who you choose to represent you in such hard difficult times my advice would be avoid these at all cost the office that dealt with my claim was Liverpool and the labwyer was Catherine groom disgraceful update 15/7/17 had a letter today after they were supposed to review my case same stupid excuses and I am still unhappy she nothing has changed avoid these people I would never trust them to handle anything they are a pathetic waste of time
