In their terms and conditions they state receipt of ticket no later than 5 BUSINESS days before the flight. 4 days before the flight, I said this is a con. Prompt answer was: we don't deal with customers like you, so we'll refund your money tomorrow. Had to buy new and more expensive tickets at short notice. Did a police report and my bank requested them to return the 1064 €. Now no reply! Don't touch them with a barge pole and please pass this on to others.
