When I placed the order, inventory showed 4 available for immediate shipping however, once I ordered it took 4 days to show the item was on backorder.

The only real complaint I would have is, that due to an urgent, last minute request from a customer, I ordered on a Thursday afternoon, paid for overnight delivery (very expensive) and didn't receive my order until Monday afternoon - I would have expected a Saturday delivery at the latest, and that would have been fine.
My crew had to scour the region for an acceptable replacement and added significant cost to the job.
I would just like to recommend that Skygeek do better to recognize urgency in a customer's order, when paying a premium for expediting an order, and act accordingly to accommodate, to the extent of their control.

No surprises and good service. My order was small, so processing took a few days ( as was explained during the order process). Fine for my purposes. Products were as described, and arrived a day earlier than estimated. Based on my experience, I would recommend, especially for a non-AOG situation.
