I found the item for which I was shopping to be very competitively priced and the shipping options reasonable. It wasn't the type of thing that I would expect to easily find in a retail store, if I could find it at all, so I appreciate that I was able to easily locate and obtain it from you. Handling of the order was prompt, in that I received a shipping notice within a short time after placing the order. My only issue is that your integration with PayPal could be better. After completing the PayPal transaction and being returned to your site, there was no obvious indication that the order was complete. Other than that, the shopping experience was great.
