Just placed order for battery acid. Have not received it yet. Filling out questionnaire a little early, but the site asked if I wanted to do this.

No surprises here. Everything went as it should. Smooth transaction. Not much more I can say really.

Average internet process- Package arrived 3-17; not 3-16 when email sent; very slow shipment this order.

I had trouble using PayPal to pay. Perhaps a phone number is required. This should be made clear during check-out.

Great! One thing: I understand the packing tape on the tube, but it's unsightly, and the metal pulltop end was dented.

Would've preferred to place order by phone, but was unable to get ahold of an actual person on the phone line.

As with ALL online purchases I think the freight charges are high in cost. Otherwise the price and product choices are some of the best I have found.

Fright charges are a bit higher than ACS if you can adjust that price point I will buy more from you.

Shopping Cart is a little confiusing. I did not realize I needed to enter a phone number. It should have been flagged as needed.

Indictated Billing address as same as Invoice Address, yet still prompted for the Billing Address, and when I tried to enter that, the REVIEWS from other users keep blocking over the entry fields
