The only problem was the wrong size wire was shipped. I let the distributor know and they made it right.

Easy to shop, easy to find item I needed. Will shop here again. Shipping cost is a little high for the item ordered.

Didn't come overnight although that's what I paid for.

First time thru checkout was a learning experience but the routine was well done.Next time will be a snap.

Not impressed. It took nearly a week to put it in a box and drop it in the mail. It only took 3 days once it was finally shipped.

After I filled in my email and checked yes on the follow up, it cleared the email and I had to enter it again.

Shopping was easy. I was impressed that a copy of your W-9 form was an easy access. Please note there is a new W-9 form (2017).

I have not used the product yet as I just received it. I gave it a 5 star because I had not way to indicate I did not use the product yet.

Website was very easy to navigate and find the products that I was looking for and the pricing is very competitive.

They shipped me a dented can. It was well packaged and no signs of damage to box. Can was shipped dented.

I had to call to check on this order. I didn't receive an email confirmation when I placed the order.

When i choose to keep shopping, it should take me to the page i was ordering from not taking me to the item i already choose.
