YOu back ordered the parts and then direct shipped them and still charged me 2 day shipping charges. Why would I use you again?

It took too long to receive the parts and I though it was absurd that you charged me to ship on my own account.

Shipping is a little high. But they had two planes my son badly wanted that I couldn't find any where else. He was VERY happy when they arrived :)

First rate service on a very small dollar item! Price was right and product received was of good quality. Would recommend SkyGeek to my friends.

The website is very user friendly. Easy to find what I need. Customer service was top notch as well. A pleasure to do business with Skygeek.

My only complaint is the cost of shipping. USPS Flat Rate Priority mail would have cost less than half and been as fast. Otherwise all was great. Thx

Why didn't your company tell me the product was backordered until after I had ordered it. Very not nice. I feel deceived.

I previously ordered two Dzeus fasteners and really like them. They are EXCELLENT little tools at a FAIR price. So, I have ordered SIX more as Christmas gifts for friends.

Price is higher than many competitors. I kept on with you because of good service in the past and the possibility to add the 8130 form that I need.

Product looks good.
Delivery took almost 2 weeks; much to long of await. I'm very disappointed in delivery timeline.

Skygeek is good for some of our items, however difficult when it comes to getting paperwork necessary for government orders.

Our order arrived quickly. The 'dimpler' vice grip was a hard tool to find, and works perfectly for our needs.

I ordered 200 14" paint stirrers for half the cost that 12" stirrers were on Amazon or eBay, and the quality is great - no splinters, smooth finish.
