The program user interface for the program working in MSWord is great. Your website user interface is NOT so good at all. The menu disappears often leaving only the back button. "How I Use Grammarly?" No mention of writing books, reports, etc. Just saying "business" is too wide a field. I do not see why I'd upgrade. The website wants me to install Grammarly even though I already have. You offer to add it to Firefox even though I already have. COOKIES! You should know what my account has already done and not offer it again. You need to show passwords. I have too many passwords and do not remember them at all. Logging out and you want me to answer questions. I have an account already and have answered those questions already. You could integrate text-to-speech and tell us what it says in the editing sidebar in Word. Now that would be a big deal...
