Skintenders

I fell for a Facebook ad with "FootFDA" and bought something with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Received an obvious cheap knockoff... didn't even look the same as the ad. The product is no longer on their site. I followed their instructions exactly, many photos, original packaging, shipping label... all the things they figure you didn't keep.Instead of "FootFDA" I am dealing with skintenders.com. But the company Lampoon Limited is behind the whole thing. Ended up opening a case through PayPal. Product shipped from US but guess what? I'm supposed ot ship it back to China with tracking, which would cost more than the full refund. PayPal credited me for my trouble which means this horrible scam of a company still isn't showing as a problem vendor. I reported them to the FTC. I wish more people would do that. Maybe some of these scams out of China would get shut down. There are multiple complaints on sites about products shipped from "Carson" at an address in Indiana. That's where my package came from too.

I bought two items that were to small. I returned them with the tracking information and they claim they never recieved the items and this was in February of this year. They claim they never got it. Now they have disappeared. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!
