You cannot get a response from anyone except for email that cannot be used to send a message. To take advantage of a situation (corona virus) and charging the amount of money to cancel is down right wrong.

If your not careful when selecting items for your cart, the date may default and not be the date you are traveling. I think it would be better not to default a date and require the user to pick a date to move forward.
