Shoes arrived arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered 3 pairs of the Adidas Centennial 85 Low (all colorways). Items were double boxed, but could have been packed a little better. Package looked like it was tampered with. Also, SIZE? Sent 2 different tracking numbers. The USPS number was incorrect. UPS handled the delivery. Minor issues, but I would purchase from them again.
I was in a rush to get replacement basketball shoes for an upcoming game, placed the order and then a few days later went to track my order and see that it had been cancelled. I was not informed at all and the money was still removed from my account. I've just gotten in touch now to try and resolve this but honestly I'd recommend avoiding this company and sticking with a fully trusted brand.
If, like me, you were tempted to purchase from overseas (I am in New Zealand) then I would suggest don't. Shipping always takes 4-6 weeks and of the 3 things I have ordered, the shoe boxes have always been crushed so bad which can be a real pisser if you are looking at collecting like I do. They charge 28.99 UK pounds for the the slowest shipping company imaginable. They really should look at using a decent courier company like Fedex or DHL that can deliver anywhere in the world in under 5-7 days, 4-6 weeks is totall unacceptable in this day n' age. Up your game Size?, you're a massive company, do right by your international customers!
Ordered to be sent to store for collection but no one bothered to call me to say it was there and I had to chase customer services to get them to find out what had happened to it, only to find out it had been sitting there for nearly a week. Poor service
