They hope they can drag out your 'dispute' long enough that you'll miss your window (anywhere from 45 to 90 days, depending on the lending bank) to get a refund. They are only linked with phoney merchants who either do not stock the products they've listed, or distribute cheap, China-made knock-offs,

I stupidly ordered a pair of shoes from a dodgy site and was told to contact the sitecomplaint email address if I had any problems. As soon as I saw the payment was made to a Beijing account I became worried and rightly so as the product was never delivered and I am now having to deal with the online police fraud departments and my banks disputes department which is a long and very frustrating process. Stay away from these sites. They are only ever going to end in tears!

I ordered from a website cheapairmax.org.uk and soon after got an email from sitecomplaint.com telling me they could help with any dispute - before I even knew I had a dispute! They knew how I had paid and how much so must clearly be linked to the trainers site. People say they offer to solve your problem but it is a dlaying tactic to stop you contacting your card company in time to claim a refund. Do not respond to their emails - contact your card company asap to complain and ask for a refund. There is a time limit to do this so beware!

A totally bogus site used by one or more fake websites to attempt to legitimise their unscurpulous business transactions.

I attempted to purchase boots through www.uggaustraliaukshop.com only to find they were fakes. All queries to the initial website were ignore and the above although implying you can actually complain and they will action it this is rubbish and does not allow you to submit any online email queries and the international 24*7 US number does not answer.

Unfortunately no idea how you find out it this website is being used until you have already submitted the order for payment...

Order #...). After lot of hassling, finally received ordered driver (Feb. 17) from China.
Looked like the real thing but soon proved to be a fake. Last turned down 3rd partial
Refund offer from seller and told him I'd rather lose all my money than condone their shady business. Got new mail this week asking whether I had received ordered driver...

I ordered Microsoft Office Software from officeonlinesite.com, the key they sent was invalid. No response to email, phone numbers not in service for their complaint agency, k sitecomplaint.com, nor from their payment service, viigoo.com

ZIXIUYI BOOTESMAMA AG SHENZHEN, this was th company charged to on my card.

All of the below sites were mentioned in email receipts but none responded to my several complaints.
