This site is some sort of scam. They tricked me with the subscription, charging me triple the price. It is also very difficult to cancel the subscription. The site itself is poorly designed, and you cannot do anything with it; it is a scam, nothing else.

Update 28.10.2024 - This website is still trying to charge me an illegal amount for my already closed subscription. They rely on deceptive practices to trick subscribers with a monthly fee that becomes exorbitant, and you cannot close your account willingly. The cancellation process is very complicated and hidden, especially designed to give them time to charge you more and create harassment for their clients.

I would give it zero stars if there were an option to. Impossible to contact - take money from your card despite explicitly requesting that they do NOT. Certainly no worth the risk of signing up for paid membership.

Just don't let Singles50 dupe you and con you out of money! They think that it's easy to fool older people. Lets show them they are wrong. This site is run by unscrupulous rascals.

Even when you email them to cancel they won't. They sent a German collection agency after me and I had to pay 100 to avoid a credit rating problem. Fraudsters beware

I am shocked to notice that $312.21 was charged by singles50 be2, which I didn't sign up for. I have signed up with 40sdating instead, for 6 months at $12plus, which I saw clearly! The charges are scheming and misleading!

Even the cancelling of account is SO misleading, need to send pdf, jpeg, post and fax? WHY is it unable to send VIA EMAIL which is more direct and I also read that it will be auto renew after 6 months!? There is no option for future renewal? Also, it was stated that there is a link for cancellation, you will NEVER FIND THE LINK! Isn't it cheating?!

When they emailed me after I wrote to them, it was stated $309.12 which they typed IN SO BIG FONT, during signing up $12plus, was seen SO BIG FONT instead!

SO misleading, it is just a scam! The authority needs to view how this company is giving misleading information of payment, seriously!

Don't get cheated guys!

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS DATING SITE... IT IS ALL FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! I would not even give them 1 star but cannot complete this without it! Totally false & misleading, after going through a thousand questions you are lead to believe it's a great site. So then at the end they advertise $9.99 for 6mths (with a little arrow bouncing off saying the most popular) but in actual fact they steal $239.76 from your account. I emailed them immediately (3 hours later) and said I demand a refund due to false advertising! And you guessed it; they said I had agreed to the contract so NO REFUND! I also went through Pay Pal so reported it to them (ON THE SAME DAY) and they wanted nothing to do with it, so I've deleted that account also!
As for the 4 men I contacted over the next 2 weeks, {no other option now so decided to give it a go} every one of them was a fraud, every one of them said their wife died, and after further conversation I realised they were definitely NOT who they advertised they were! How cruel are these sub-humans, my husband did pass away 2 years ago and my beautiful son committed suicide. All I'm looking for is to smile again with a nice partner.
This site is a complete sham and I'm now reporting them to the ACCC. Such disgusting criminals committing theft & sadness.
