Simply Rawsome

Placed an order for raw meat for my dog. Payed as much for shipping as for product. I met the delivery at the door that was delivered as promised however the entire order was thawed, warm and smelly. Also a container of organs had busted open and made a huge bloody mess. I contacted the seller immediately and was offered a refund for the product but not the $24 for shipping. Either the seller was stingy with dry ice or didn't account for shipping time but I had no part in either of those processes. Seller states it was delivered on time so they have no liability. I responded politely that they should be responsible and was twice told no.
Now I have to take up freezer space because I can't dump it until Sunday night, trash pick up, or I'll have a bigger problem, namely coyotes. Not to mention the waste of animal products. Big nightmare! Beware!
