“Worst experience ever”

The worst company I ever bought a ticket in my life. They are thiefs. I bought a ticket with an insurance and after months of fighting with them to get my refund, they tell me that was authorized and that now I only have to wait for the refund to be reflected on my card. Never happened. 15 days after, I try to communicate with them and now they tell me they are not going to reimburse me. Worst customer care evere. Playing with my time and money
