I have now received the breads and I love them. Very delicious. I especially enjoy toasting to a crispy state. Tastes even better then.
My son has several food allergies and most allergen free bread lacks flavor, has an awful texture, and is made with lots of ingredients that I'd rather him not have, so I was really excited to find Simple Kneads. I have to say the bread did not disappoint. It tastes very much like conventional sourdough, if not better!

Trader Joe's GF bread products have superior texture, flavor and consistency compared to your breads. I tried 3 varieties of yours and the loaves are dense and crumbly. The slices disintegrate if put in a toaster and taste bland and bla. Your customer service and website were easy and efficient, but I won't order your bread again, nor recommend it to anyone. Schaar also has excellent bread too. Their GF chocolate cookies are sooo good. You should taste TJs gf bagels, raisin bread and whole grain bread, toasted with butter and you won't eat yours again. Udi's has awful tasting bread products too. Frozen bricks that should be used to build houses not bodies.
The loafs were smaller than expected for the price. Over all not bad for my first try at non-nut based gluten free bread. Very similar favor to Ethiopian bread

My husband really liked the bread. In the past I would buy Shär's gluten free bread which is nice but very processed. This is so much better.
