If possible, I would like to try your Simple Kneads pumpernickle, but I prefer not to try it out by ordering one of your two loaf options. In other words, if such an option were available, I would order 3 sourdough and 1 pumpernickle. Thank you.
Easy, Fast and Delicious!
I would love to give this 5 stars. I really would. It is soft. It tastes great. It is the best allergen free bread that I have found ( I am allergic to dairy, eggs, and gluten. That makes finding bread difficult). However, not only are the loaves very small (typical of gluten free bread), but because of the shape of the loaf, parts of the bread are not usable for anything other than drying for bread crumbs. They are much too small to make toast or a sandwich out of (literally, the end pieces are about 2.5 inches wide). I was willing to pay the price (more expensive than Little Northern Bakehouse Bread) and wait for shipping if the bread was superior to what I have been buying. But it's good qualities don't outweigh the negative ones. It's too expensive. You have to wait for it to be shipped to you. About a fifth of the loaf is unusable. The loaves are too small. Oh, and the sourdough doesn't taste like sourdough at all. It still tastes good, just not like sourdough. And the slices are very thin... about 1/4 inch.
Little Northern Bakehouse is going to win out on this one.
This is the best bred I have ever tried. The texture is perfect and I usually try to serve it with everything that is possible.
I heard that the loaves were small, but I didn't quite expect them to be THIS small (see pictures), and for the large price point... Can't be sure I'll do this again.
As far as quality, I only tried the sourdough so far and it is moist, consistency is great, much better than othe GF options. The taste is a bit bitter, doesn't really remind me of sourdough, but it's still the best I've had that is GF. The reason I bought this was because it is also soy free, which is hard to come by in GF bread, so if I can't find another soy free & GF option, I'll probably get it again...? Maybe if I'm desperately craving bread.
This is by far the best GF bread I've found. And it's vegan! I got the sourdough one. That's almost impossible to find elsewhere and when I have, the taste and texture was bad :(. Simple Kneads have saved us! I even prefer it to the regular gluten bread (which has always been my favorite thing).! Thanks for all the love put into this! Great delivery time and nice packaging!
This is a really good bread! I love to start my mornings with this gluten free bread making a couple of sandwiches and a big mug of tea. The bread is always fresh and nicely thin cut.
I have ordered cakes a few times from this website and they never disappointed, the delivery is always on time and good customer service.
We have ordered gluten free bread PUMPKINICKEL for dinner. It didn't survive till morning! Simply delicious.

Simple Kneads is positively delicious gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free bread. What a treat to be able to enjoy a grand sandwich with my hubby! Arrived fresh, freezes perfectly, tastes yummy made with the best good for you grains!

Shopping experience was good. I think I would rate the bread 3.5-4 stars. I would like a denser consistency, and no sweetener added. That said, it is better than many other gluten free breads I've tasted.
