Not getting updates, about when or where items are NOW, in Brooklyn on 17th? No satisfactory response, very dissatisfied with Silver Speck... Those items are presents, that must be replaced at last minute
I used to buy my GF jewelry from costco for every holiday as I wanted cheap jewelry that looked good. I had to stop as costco ran out of affordable stuff. A buddy of mine clued me into silverspeck and now this is my goto store for good quality jewelry without paying big prices. My GF has loved it.
I bought a tennis bracelet from SilverSpeck, and it was so clouded I couldn't make out any of the stones. I took it to a jewelry store and asked if they could clean it only to find out it was not real silver, and none of the clouded stones were real. Thankfully E Bay helped me retrieve my funds. I wouldn't trust that site for real jewelry. Neither will I ever buy anything else.
I will never shop from this retailer ever again. Unfortunately I purchased a necklace off of Walmart.com not realizing that it was actually sold by a third party~SilverSpeck. I have had nothing but problems with this transaction and seller. I have returned their cracker jack of an item but yet they STILL will not issue my refund. What I did not know, was that when you buy something off of Walmart.com but it is sold by a third party, YOU DO NOT GET TO RETURN THE ITEM TO THE STORE. It s huge hassle. You have to request a refund through the third party seller, but wait, you cannot even get their email address and have to contact them through a walmart portal, only to never hear from the crooked jerks ever again. I cannot stress enough: STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. THEIR JEWELRY IS CHEAP CRAP AND YOU WILL PLAY HECK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.
