My order arrived in under 2 weeks. I ordered 2 different colors in M (I'm 5'2" and 135lb, 36"bust). They fit perfectly- I intend to use as a light weight modesty layer. These tanks seem well constructed and just as described. I will hand wash and line dry to avoid possible premature wear and tear. I would order from Silk Silkie again.
A US 14 XL is 6" smaller than the US size chart provided. I have to pay $12.00 to return for postage. And I am not trusting the return refund. This experience has been horrible. AI automated email responses do not even relate to what the problem is. Unless a US size zero. RUN!
If this company sells their silk clothing in the US, they should standardize their products for the American market. I bought an extra large piece of clothing for $139 dollars. What I got was at least 2 sizes too small. I contacted the company twice, and never got an address to return the item. Don't be fooled or you will lose your money.

I ordered two silk pajamas for my friends birthday. It took a month to get delivered. Came damaged and wrinkled. TWO PAJAMAS CRUMBLED IN A TINY BOX! I reached out to customer service and asked if they would replace it and send me another one asap since my friends birthday was only a few days away! They wouldn't send a replacement and instead offered me a $20 discount and said I could steam it and make it look good. I refused the discount and asked for a return label and a refund. Hazel at customer service said they don't send return labels but if I pay to have it returned they would reimburse me. I sent the package back and returned it on December 4th! Today is January 4th and I still haven't received my money back for the items or the return label. This company is a scam and complete trash! I will never order anything from them ever again!

Do not do business with this company. It is yet another China based company that will do anything to get your business but then provide a poor product and no capability to obtain a refund even though they claim that they will. Specifically, my silk pajama came dirty and sizing is a joke. My XL was the size of a small/medium. Information on their refund policy was false as they provide a nonexistent email to which you are to correspond.

This company are an absolute disgrace! I ordered a Christmas present for my wife with plenty of time for delivery and it did not arrive. I've had zero updates and replies to my emails have been slow and unhelpful!
I don't think I will ever receive my goods or a refund if I requested one. Do not support this company and shop elsewhere!
So difficult to return. Days of repeated emails to get a return address (each time they offer discounts or exchange no matter how much you say "I just want to return for refund"). Eventually they agree. £23 to return a £220 order to the USA. Then 3.5 weeks later no refund despite multiple emails. Very disappointing. Avoid.

I ordered a duvet as a gift and got the wrong color. SilkSilky declined any form of return by simply not responding to emails when I declined replacement and asked for a return. I placed the return request 48 hours after receiving the duvet, well inside of their "30 day return policy". Lots of other companies selling silk at the same or lower price that allow for returns.

Whatever you buy you own forever without seeing it. Purchasing items at this price point online with no return is risky, that’s why they placard “30 day return guarantee” dishonestly all over their site.

I received size large pajamas which in American sizing would at best be a size medium but most likely a size small. I tried contacting the company both by email and via their website. No response. Therefore I returned the item to the package return address since I had no other option. I have not heard from them. Unless the BBB can get something done, I guess im out $159. This company are scam artists!

Just a typical Chinese ecommerce company without actual production line.
They have fancy looking website(s) to fool western buyers.
The products they sells is just rebranding of typical OEM.
The issue is the measurements can be hit and missed.
I ordered two TEE shirts same size with different colors. Arrived via DHL from China with one of them much smaller than the other one with same tag of size.
Communicate with them back and forth, with pictures etc.
They wanted me to send back to them on my own cost.
Becareful when buying from their website. They operate several websites with similar products.
If you really need silk products, just buy it from proper store directly.
Order placed for $350 worth of lingerie and paid for premium 3-5 day shipping. The order was ready for shipping on December 13th from CHINA ….arrived at my door on December 27th.

I received my order in December, but the fit was not good, so I decided to return the item for a refund. I followed the website details and advice and I emailed the customer service address provided. I waited 2 months for a response. Firstly they try to offer you a discount to keep your item, but after insisting I wanted to return the item for a refund I was sent the postal address. I immediately returned the package (at my own cost) in perfect quality, labels attached, etc., and with a tracking number. It was received at their depot on 11th March 2023 and I am STILL waiting for a refund of £76,3 months later! I have not received any communication from the company about receipt of the package, or that they are processing the refund. I have emailed them again and I am awaiting a response. This company and its returns policy are terribly disorganised, unreliable and deeply frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and only use reputable companies.
Ordered £100 garment out of clearance only saving £40. Item arrived screwed up In a box as though it had been sent out to previous purchasers. Certainly wasn't presented as you would expect. Sent email immediately together with picture requesting the start of a refund only to be told that that as it was clearance it was not eligible for return. Please be aware of the website as it doesn't state this on the main page anywhere. The company is a sham and I have put this I'm the hands of my solicitor as the quality of the product is not acceptable finished either for the price. Do not waste your money.

Do not buy from this company. They only offer excuses and no refunds even though the product was returned and tracked to their warehouse in Kunshan City, China. Their website shows beautiful caucasian women in pretty nite clothes, but trust me folks this is a Chinese company and probably write their own positive reviews!. I returned a pair of pajamas in the original packaging within a few days and asked for a refund of $124,90 to my Credit card and all I have received in return in almost 90 days is excuses like Covid problems, customs problems, and even such delay tactics as blaming the delay on Chinese New Year of all things. They do continue to offer other products in exchange, but do not want to process the refund like their advertising indicates. Beware, beware, beware of this fraudulent company!

When I received my order the sizing was off so I needed to return the items either for a refund or an exchange. Initially when I notified them the option they gave me was, basically, to keep the badly sized items for no refund and buy "replacements" in a bigger size "if you are willing to pay an affordable price." Or I could return the items for exchange and they would provide me with a return address (not included in their response).
I told them I wanted to return for a refund and was told they have a German and an American warehouse and asked which one I would like to return to. I asked for the German address and was sent an address somewhere in Brandenburg.
At the end of December 2023 I returned the item to the address I was given in Germany (for £10) and sent them the proof of posting. They then gave me the runaround and were just really unhelpful. Yesterday I received the parcel back marked as "Refused." Basically when it got to the address they gave me the recipient refused to accept it and send it back.
This is a Chinese company, posing as a UK company. The sizing is inconsistent and doesn't align with the sizing chart/comparisons they use.

I have never received such poor quality silk. The pjs were already splitting at the seams when I received it and the robe fell apart after two wears. The inside tie fell off and the seams split under the arm. The quality is terrible and is so thin compared to other mulberry silk items I've order from Blissy and Slip. Watch out or you'll be burned like the $ I spent…over $200
