Online shopping experience was difficult, you can't have a preview of how your item will really look like. Pictures to show size would actually be a helpful tool for beginners. The quality of the image in the window stickers I purchased was not good, (probably because I didn't have the vector file of it) but they didn't clarify in the instructions that they needed it either. So when I saw my item I was a little disappointed with it. Shipping was good, just as they estimate you'll get it by.

Free shipping advertisement was misleading. Sorry, but even the $50 off shipping didn't apply to the flat-shipped items. Disappointed in the advertising, hope we're not disappointed in the product.
