I've purchased from Sierra Pet Meds for over 10 yrs. Same products as sold in the US but lower cost. Not sure what or who the 1 star reviewers are talking about. I understand that it takes longer to get meds but that is not a problem. I will purchase from them until one of us ceases to exist.
I ordered from their site not knowing I would have to pay an extra 22.50€ for my order until I had to pay it. I contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do, but there absolutely is! You can warn your buyers of this. Not only that, shipping took over one month. There are much more trustworthy companies who have better customer service and prices. I'm now paying a lot more for something I could have gotten cheaper. Not okay!

I never write reviews but this company was awful. It took over 5 weeks from when they charged my credit card for >$400 of medication for my dogs to the time we recieved it. They did not answer their phone ever except an answering serviceonce or twice and they never once called us back. We got an email saying the drugs had shipped almost right away but the USPS tracking showed they never took possession of the package. Finally, after waiting a couple weeks, then emails and calls, they sent an email saying the drug was on backorder but would be in the next day and sent via priority mail. Nothing happened. More calls and emails, finally got our prescription. I am giving them 2 stars because at least we finally got what we paid for but I will not use them again.
I have been purchasing flea control medications from Sierra and have not had one complaint. Longer shipping times should be expected since it's coming from out of the country. Happy customer!

Sierra Pet meds took my money and I never received my items. I would not recommend buying from them. They are a fraud.
I ordered Heartgard and Nexgard for my pup. Delivery was fine, meds were great! I will continue to buy from this wonderful company.
I am a long standing customer. Up to this last order, all was well. In Sept., 22, they sold me chews with an expiry of 12/2022. This was NOT mentioned before purchase. I queried this, and they asked for a photo, though they must know, what they are selling. I sent a photo. Then we haggled over how many chews could be used up before they expire. They can 'work with me' by giving one chew store credit. We settled on a third cost refund. Also, the chews were poorly packaged and the blister packs are squished, so might be broken inside. Anyway, you can make up your own mind if this is a decent way to sell our pet's medicines.
As rescuer we spend so much $$ on medications and Sierra has the best price.

Extremely disappointed! They sent me a defected product and wouldn't own up to it. Lost 187$! Tried having me to send it back, which would have cost at least half the price of the product! I have sent them pictures of the product and they tried convincing me it was OK! They put my dog's life in danger! My vet told me DO NOT GIVE IT TO HER.

Ordered cancelled after over 1 month delay. Follow ups for updated shipment status were futile. Always referred to UPS even though shipment was not in the USA.
This was my first time purchasing from Sierra Nevada Pet Company, and the last. Unfortunately the item was opened, not sealed, is an older version of the product, and used. But most of all it's not the same item pictured in their website. When asked for a return option their reply was basically 'too bad'.
I have been ordering through NAH for a while with no problems. All of a sudden the customer service went from good to awful. I canceled an order on Aug. 30 and was told the charge of $175.90 would "fall off" my account. I am still waiting. I have left 4 messages and sent at least 3 emails. No one ever responds to me. I would suggest you buy elsewhere. Not sure what is going on there...
Ordered some prescription only meds for our Golden Retriever, Ben. Dealing with NAH was too easy! Within hours of placing my order, they contacted my vet for the prescription, and shipped shortly thereafter. My favorite thing about them (besides the excellent prices) is the clear communication. I got email updates regularly - including tracking info. Ben's medicine arrived right on time - and we're definitely planning on using these guys again. Thanks for the fast & friendly service!

Just like all the other reviews, I paid, my card was charged and I've received nothing from them! My pet needs his pills and you all just vanished, no return phone calls or emails. Never had problems before until now. It would be really nice to hear from a human that you all closed or went out of business and give me my money back! Horrible place to deal with now!
My dog and I have been dealing with Cushings for almost 3/4 of a year now. I've tried every possible online animal pharmacy to order her medication. National Animal Hospital has the absolute best prices. I was nervous ordering medications from them because I live so far away but so far the service has been amazing and beyond my expectations. If you're new to the site don't hesitate to try them out!
Sometimes you get your order and sometimes you don't. I think if you need something over the counter, you may try this shop but if you need something important and right away, I wouldn't. Once I ogt medication in the mail and the next time I didnt and from what I hear, they get some great evaluations and some terrible ones for the same reason. I know sometimes it depends on how fast the vet sends them the order and some vets take forever but in my case I know this was not the case. I stayed up all night with a dog in pain waiting for the medications... for weeks.
I had no trouble locating the pet medications I needed and I the price was great. NAH handled the correspondence with my veterinarian; it was so easy.
BUT I can't manage to review or manage my account with NAH.
There is no icon for logging into my personal account and seeing my order history, pending orders, payment options, etc.
Am I missing something?
This does not even warrant a 1 star. HORRIBLE experience still going on since August. Gave them $144, and I have received nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails. Absolutely no response. DO NOT TRUST
It took two weeks to get the meds and then they weren't the meds I ordered. I will go to another site next time.
Placed order, received email with USPS tracking # on March 7,2017, credit card charged same day. Entered tracking # on March 13,2017 to check on status of the order. Message from USPS same as March 7..."Shipping Label Created" "USPS awaiting item, March 7,2017, 5:22 PM. Today I have made 4 phone calls (each time getting some answer service) and sent 3 emails... NO reply to calls or email. Customer service doesn't exist! National Animal Hospital is a JOKE!

National animal hospital is exceptional. They basically do all the work for you, from faxing your veterinarian, to e-mailing when you need refills. The prices are absolutely phenomenal. If it wasn't for you i would probably not be able to afford my dogs prescription every month. Thank you thank you.
