Bought a yearly membership, had to go through a third party to pay for it, and never received my activation code. So disappointing. What a scam. And good luck with customer service. Its some phone number that my carrier wouldn't let me call, and their contact form hasn't given me any luck either. Seemed like a great easy product to use, my kid was excited to start recording some of his gaming activities, but now we're out money and still no product.

SCAM
August 13, 2019

I made payment and puchased the vip access worth $70 and nothing was activated at my end. The amount also got deducted. I have been reaching out to you support and nobody even gets back. What the hell! Cancel my subscription and refund my money now. You are a scam.

It is a 100% free screen recorder, and there is no time or size limits to use it. I've used it for many times, and there was no problem, it can produce fairly good screen recording quality no matter I capture full screen or select a region. It can have webcam included while recording, and it allows me to use the built-in editor to add annotations and texts to the recording, which I think is very convenient. Keep moving.

It is trash!

I purchased the "ShowMore Yearly Subscription (Basic)" but the downloaded app was for Apowersoft. Then the activation code that I received was "invalid" when I submitted it in the app. When I used the online version, it crashed every time when I tried to open it. The customer service failed to provide solutions that can solve the problem.

What a waste of money and time!
