The software is terrible and does not work properly half of the time. Their customer service is almost impossible to get a hold of. After wasting thousands of dollars and many many hours on setting the software up, and trying to fix it for 4 months and not getting what I was promised I tried ending the contract. It slowed down my business a lot since I couldn't use it and clients complained. They tried money grabbing me for their sh*tty product and old me I have to buy out the contract. HORRIBLE PEOPLE and horrible software that doest not work
