The Sunset Strip dress was more yellow than I expected and fabric so thin or loose a weave it was crazy wrinkly and was hard to get a sense of how it would look if steamed. The cut, though darling in photos and reviews, was such that it loosely hung and the straps literally fell off my shoulders while standing in the kitchen. I would need a lot of tape to not experience a wardrobe malfunction at my reception. I returned the dress and the process was made very easy.
Not being able to get my money back for a return is disappointing. I had to overnight ship the dress since the one I had ordered wasn't going to get here in time for a wedding.

They state on their site you can make an address change within 24 hours. I emailed 2 minutes after purchase needing to change my shipping address and they said it was too late. I told them about their policy online saying you can make changes to shipping address and they had no answer. I didn't end up receiving the two dresses I ordered losing over $200. Super scammy vibes and I'm so bummed.

After reviewing your case and our communication, we want to clarify that our website does not state that address changes can be made within 24 hours. In fact, our policy clearly notes that once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled, as our fulfillment center begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping times.
We did respond to your inquiry to try and assist, but unfortunately we were unable to make changes once the order entered processing. We completely understand your disappointment and regret that we couldn’t resolve this in the way you hoped.
