Ordered a tent June no update and no sign of tent. Tracking number doesn't exists! FB advert and whole sale process seemed genuine, it is not!
How / where do i report them? Never received the shoes... 4 months now and of course they send a tracking number that doesn't work. How was i so easily duped
They had almost everything including a responsive email ID, placed order online for a product named Immortal Shoes, for more than a month there was no status, after that received a mailer stating the product is shipped.
The tracking site used here was http://track-chinapost.com. For 2 months the product shows the same status as present to Kolkatta customs.
The order details vanished from their site, now the site itself is not opening. They have stopped responding to the mails as well.
Is there any way a concern can be raised or a complaint registered.

Absolutely same story, as in previous review... Bought these shoes and site is no available. I think it's scam site, but why it still working and has ad in instagram?
I bought immortal shoes online and paid through paypal got a tracking number and 2 months later still no delivery and their website is no longer available? My tracking number is no longer on Chinamail either so a complete ripoff!
