Called into Shoplet to get help with my order. Spoke with Gerald who was able to pull up my order, get my issues resolved. I needed to return a damaged item - it happens with UPS delivery. Gerald got me a return label right away and sent out a replacement item. Great service will keep me coming back.

My last experience with Shoplet was wonderful I had to call Customer service spoke with a friendly lady who took care of my problem. I was to receive my dress in commitment time.

I did have a question so I called into the 800# - got connected with a rep named Cynthia and she was able to answer my question and then I was able to complete my order. Everything arrived as expected with no issues.

Shoplet has a great selection of everything that I needed for my office. Great service too. On my last order I had an issue that one of my items came damaged. I called their customer service department and got an immediate replacement and reshipment for the damaged item.
