I am seeking legal action as I have only gotten auto-reply in bold print. No communication as to when they plan to catch up on orders. I live in California and am locked down as well. Requesting immediate refund. Will get the Attorney General involved as well. Too bad cannot give zero stars. This is not a way to do business.

DO NOT purchase from here. Order placed Dec 20... they took my money but never sent product. Attempted multiple emails and received automated one regarding pandemic excuse. I have to deal with my bank to get $$ back. I hope KARMA visits this place real soon.
Took my order 3 weeks before Christmas 2020 and still have not received my purchase as of the date of this review. I have made several attempts to find out my order status and have requested a refund several times. I have received one reply basically stating that they are hiding behind the pandemic and that they are not allowed to open their business. Therefore, no refund and no product. Scammers.
Functions like a real store. Has a phone number and address. However, if you give them money, you will never receive your items. They will say "We are shipping in a few days!" for weeks on end. But they don't intend to ship. They probably aren't even real. Stay away! This is a scam website.
