Shophomegardens cancelled my order and refunded the purchase price a few days after ordering without even bothering to send me a message explaining why. I assume it was because the item was out of stock and being advertised for sale by mistake. The only reason I know that it was even cancelled is because Paypal sent me a notice of the refund.

Ordered product seller had listed. Went through entire process. Next day I received a message saying my payment was being refunded. No explanation given. Following that I did receive a message that product was out of stock indefinitely.

I was very happy with Shop Home Gardens. Their shipping communications mad me feel comfortable from the moment I purchased my angel decor. Thank you for the excellant customer service that other online stores lack. I will definitely return to shop more.

Item was listed as in stock and I ordered it. A few days later I received an email saying they had no stock and had to refund my money. The refund was handled very quickly but I was extremely disappointed that I could not get my product because the lowest price for it was on the shophomegardens.com website.

If possible could someone please respond, I'm trying to find out the tracking number for my order #1107 I placed on Feb 26,2019, I've sent a couple of messages thru messenger to this company asking for the tracking number and no response. I spent$70 and I just wanted to know when I will be getting my items. Please help me.

I need to return my items and now they won't answer any of my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE THEIVES!

Ordered a Christmas gift for my Grandmother that said was in stock' and apparently was not. Now I have no gift for her.
