I ordered an item, it didn't fit and was not as described. I emailed them and they said to return the item to address below 3465 McVaney Road Asheville NC 28801. I returned using UPS and they were unable to find the address I tried calling and the phone number was wrong. I email them about the address and they said good news we will be issuing a fill refund and you can keep the item (that doesn't fit). I put in a dispute with paypal and then they Shop for Gamers refused to refund me. I did win the dispute but then I got an email telling me that they don't want me to shop in their online store anymore. The audacity of these people, I should have received an apology. If they think for one minute that I would use them again. I do not recommend this sight and will not shop any other web-sight without checking to see if its legit
