I ordered a ready to ship item from bglittz and it never came. Had to dispute this transaction with my bank. I was very disappointed in their service as the owner wasn't responsive and left me on seen multiple times

This website sells rave attire and it is very over priced. I never purchased from this site until there was a sale- buy one get one free dust masks. It is just a small piece of fabric covering your mouth with ear loops on the side. Those are $14 each and shipping is $8. TEN days after I placed the order online I spoke up and asked when my order would be shipped as his website promises orders go out in 6 business days or less- a complete LIE. I commented on the Bglittz instagram profile and he immediately DMed me a second after asking what my order was. I gave him my order number and asked when I can expect this and no response. He deleted my comment right after he sent me a DM. This guy is lazy. It's been 14 days now and my order still hasn't left his house. Yesterday I requested him to cancel my order as he only printed out a label and never dropped off the package. No response. Today I emailed top cancel my order-no response. This guy is a fraud and an embarrassment. There are many other reviews saying he is petty and will block you on instagram if you comment any concerns on his profile. Also many reviews saying he doesn't respond to DMs or emails if they have concerns. Just look at how he treated me as an example. Pathetic. He also robbed a girl that paid him 300 for a custom coat and didn't make her anything and didn't give her money back. Don't trust this guy, shop elsewhere.
I have experience ordering from shopbglittz twice. My first order came quickly, and had great quality for the price. However, the second time I ordered, the product I recieved looked completely different from the one that was advertised. Not only was the quality poor, but the style was COMPLETELY different. It was almost if they ran out of the style they advertised but thought they could get away with putting the same patch on a completely different tank top. When I reached out to the company twice, they never responded (this was about a month ago). The owner is unprofessional and sketchy for not responding, and scamming me with false advertising.
