I've bought bala bangles twice, and this review is about the second set. The 2 lb bangles were most recently acquired to my workout equipment after I already had the 1 lb bangles. I really enjoy these! The 1 lb and 2 lbs can be used as wrist weights and ankle weights, respectively.
