“POOR AT BEST”

On 10/09/22 I joined and put my question in waited for 30 min no answer the time wait for my answer was 8 mins. After many messages and messing about now nearly 1 hour and still no answer I cancelled and received a email saying cancelled and refunded back onto card but after all this time and even more messages still NOTHING NOT EVEN A REPLY STOLEN MY MONEY. DISGUSTING
